It's an incredible video! Nicole Ball is one of the most stunningly beautiful women in bodybuilding and this video just goes to show it.
In ripped contest condition, Nicole does some full body posing, flexing every muscle over the 30 minute runtime.
It's difficult to single out one body part as her best feature, since she has tremendous conditioning all over.
Her biceps are large and well peaked, she has wonderfully defined shoulders that cap her arms and abs to die for.
Nicole's legs are amazing with nice big quads and bulging calves. I shouldn't forget to mention her terrific wide back.
She does have a tattoo, which I know some don't like, but I think it adds to the attractiveness. She has incredible vascularity
throughout her body, too. You also can't deny how radiant she is as she looks into the camera. Nicole is a superb poser,
she flexes with such confidence and sexiness that cannot be denied. This is absolutely one of the best videos I've seen on this website.
An absolute must for anyone who like contest shape women or even muscular women in general.

Nicole Ball is one of my all time favourite bodybuilders, having seen her as she has developed from quite a skinny lightweight to the
enormously muscled woman we see in this video. The condition she can achieve is without peer, as is amply demonstrated in this video.
But she also somehow manages to pack on a dense amount of muscle on what is quite a tiny frame! From the start, every muscle is bulging,
shredded and vascular, accentuated even further under the bright outdoor sunlight. The fact that she has such a beautiful face and has
managed to maintain such a femininity just adds to her extraordinary appeal. This 30 minute video starts with Nicole moving through
some general flexing, showing off thick, vascular arms and amazing round, thick shoulders from the get go. I love Nicole's biceps and
the way she stares into the camera right at you as she flexes them over and over. She has some nice triceps also. Her back is amazing,
with just a huge amount of thick muscle added over the years. Makes you want to get out the oil bottle and help her apply it to get her
all glistening!! Her glutes are rock hard and shredded also. Nicole has incredibly sexy abs which are prominent and ripped even when she
is not concentrating on flexing them (for instance, see how they ripple during her double biceps poses). Of course, when she does
eventually get aroud to flexing them, they are truly awesome! She also has a brilliant, sexy and amazing chest which has prominent
striations popping out during her pec squeeze flexes. You will notice that as the video progresses, her pump and vascularity increase
also to a very impressive degree. And this is no more obvious then in Nicole's legs. Nicole has just about the most amazing legs on the
planet - she has developed enormous leg size over the years, but as you will see during the leg posing section of the video, she also has
this crazy thick network of veins that just pop out all over - especially on her thighs. There is a fair bit of focus on thighs, calves,
etc through this portion of the video. Overall, Nicole's shape, symmetry and conditioning in this video are top class and I would highly
recommend this video to any fan of sexy feminine but big and ripped female bodybuilders (but hey, I'm biased!).
