The one word that best describes Ludmila Tuboltseva's physique is "Tight". She isn't overly ripped or striated, but she has a very
sexy build with nice big muscles. This video features Ludmila backstage at the IFBB Women's European Championships pumping up with a
resistance band and hitting all the muscle groups. She starts with her wonderful arms that are hard and well defined. She looks amazing
when she flexes those biceps of hers and her shoulders have the lovely capped look that I adore so much. Then she moves on to working
her back, which looks incredible when she hits the back double bicep shot. Next is her chest, which I think is one of the best in the sport.
She does some exercises that really accentuate the definition in her pecs and her most muscular is marvelous, her chest looks like a
superhero's armor and could possibly be just as hard. After that, she does some more upper body work and flexing, including some great
ab shots. Then it's time for her to show off her sexy legs, that are long and strong. She doesn't have massive quads, but they are nicely
defined and very nice in their own right. What she does have though, are wonderful calves and I would have enjoyed a longer look at them.
The rest of the video is mostly upper body work: push-ups, bicep curls, etc.. Ludmila is such a lovely woman and is just one of the many
fantastic bodybuilders and bodyfitness stars coming out of Russia these days. I loved this video! I highly recommend this to all bicep
lovers, fans of sexy washboard abs, and muscle fans in general.
