I'm Silvia Perri, an italian girl of 25. I'm a Ph.D. student in
astrophysics, so I spend my time in research, however in my free-time I fully
devote myself to bodybuilding!
This year I experienced my first competition (at a regional level) and
I qualified for the national competition.
I train myself five or six days a week before a competition, out of
season I carry out my training in four days a week. I have been following
a special diet full of carbohydrates (rice, rolled oats, potatoes) and
proteins (fish, chicken, beef, egg whites), but once a week, far from
competitions, I can eat whatever I want!
I love fitness because it makes me feel strong, relaxing and full of
health!
