Monia is a beautiful lady with a mona-lisa smile, and a tremendous body. In video we start off with her going through an upper body workout,
using stretchy bands, and cables. Working out triceps, back, chest, biceps and shoulders. She has fantastic muscle development, completely ripped,
with great deep striations everywhere. She has zero fat and noticeable separations in her bicep heads. In between working out she does some posing
first flexing her incredible biceps, that seem to grow larger as the video goes on, than a side triceps, side bicep, and a “most muscular” pose,
a couple quick shoulder workouts, and back to posing, chest biceps, rear double biceps. Every Inch of her body is complete perfection.
Half way through she starts doing some back exercises, first with bands, then some Lat posing and Ab posing, with close ups of her gorgeous 6 pack.
Next, still on back, she uses the rowing machine and we get a nice view of her large back muscles flexing and growing, and then
some lateral pull downs both in front and behind her head, and some palm in pull downs. Next she does some quad raises, her quads are huge and rock hard.
We get a little quad posing and quad shaking, she has fantastic legs. Towards the end she does some shoulder presses using a machine, with some great
upper body shots. More great posing, biceps, pecs, and shoulders, truly an incredible body. Finally she does some bench pressing using a machine,
quickly followed by more upper body posing, front double biceps, pecs, biceps. Final thoughts, Monia is a beautiful lady with a great smile,
spiky hair and a utterly fantastic body. I highly recommend this video to all fans of female bodybuilders. She looks really good.
