I am a 32 year old, national level bodybuilder, originally from Sand Springs, Oklahoma. I work as a personal trainer and as technical lead on mainframe computers. My passion in life is competitive bodybuilding. I also like to travel, be outdoors, water/snow ski, and spend time with family and friends. I enjoy meeting new people.
I started lifting weights 7 years ago and was talked into doing my first show. I discovered that I loved being on stage and won my division. That was the start of my bodybuilding career. I also taught step-aerobics for 5 years and, of course, became certified as a personal trainer.
I work hard to be the best competitive bodybuilder that I can be and will follow the lifestyle all my life. My current goal is to become a pro bodybuilder.
I always try to encourage more women to lift weights. It is wonderful, not only for their health, but also to demonstrate that we can be equal to men in the gym. Most people, men and especially women, like the muscular physique that I have built, and compliment me on my look. My strength also surprises them. More men than women ask my advice on how to develop such a body. I will never stop lifting weights. It helps me deal with stress and I have learned that if you stay with it you will see awesome results.
I work out everyday except Sunday. I work one body part per day. Here are some of my statistics.
