Continuing the theme of the last few videos in the series, Volume 6 features Lorena Cozza working out in the gym.
The video begins with a lengthy abdomnial routine. She starts with some hanging leg lifts showing great endurance
through a number of reps before moving on to the good old ab crunch. The camera is perfectly positioned to show
her midsection flexing with every crunch she does. We then get an excellent ab flex, in which Lorena gives us a
great look at her wonderful six pack as well as her toned obliques. She does a number of variations on the ab
crunch in order to hit all the muscles in that group. After another great flex, she moves on to push ups,
including the one-armed push up, a real show of strength. Next up are some lower body exercises.
She works her nicely shaped legs with all kinds of scissors and leg lifts before stretching out and flexing
her magnificent quads. Most of the exercises she performs are done without added weights. The end of the video
consists of back, chest and shoulder work done with a light pair of dumbells. Her delts are well rounded
and match her equally large biceps. My favorite scene comes right before the posing that close the video.
She's pumping her chest and you can see her big, strong pecs in a perfectly framed shot.
