Christiane Lamy is a muscle sweetheart; a soft spoken, gentle and generous
strongwoman who love to showcase her passion via heartfelt performances on
the competition stage.
She began weight training at a very early age. Still in her teens she
started competing and right away she fell in love with the thrill of showing
off her hard work in front of an enthusiastic audience.
For better or worse she had to halt her training and competitive career
because she had to made a living performing hard physical work on a farm for
several years. In 2000, after only 8 months of training after a very long
layoff she was able to capture the natural Quebec overall title despite
working around 50 hours per week, sometimes more!
A firm believer in natural training and a true fan of the sport of
bodybuilding; she hopes to help attract more fans and competitiors to female
bodybuilding by demonstrating that a muscular woman can also be feminine and
sexy.
Christiane is fueled by her passion for the muscle game and hopes to be able
to motivate others as well.
