This volume of the Alessandra Settembre video series features the gorgeous blonde bodybuilder working her entire
body in a sexy silver outfit. She begins with some tricep dips that do well to show off the excellent muscle tone
she has in her arms, from her forearms to her biceps & triceps and all the way to her exquisite delts.
Alessandra does some wonderful posing afterwards and then moves on to hero curls. This is one of my favorite exercises
I like to see female bodybuilders perform. It isolates her biceps and really makes them pop out with each pump.
She continues to work those wonderful biceps of hers with some basic cable curls. The shot is framed perfectly
to show off her nice strong arms as well as getting a great shot of Alessandra's beautiful face.
After a few quick flexes, she moves over to the chin-up bar to perform some leg lifts.
While they aren't really ripped, Alessandra has a great set of abs which she works effortlessly.
The camera then cuts to her starting on some tricep work with the cable machine again displaying her well sculpted
arms flexing with each repetition. We get some seductive posing where Alessandra enchants the viewer with her deep
blue eyes and full luscious lips before moving on to some back rows. As she performs the exercise,
the striations in her shoulders make themselves quite visible. Later, we get to watch her work those long sexy
legs of hers as well as her magnificent glutes in one of the best scenes of the video.
Following some out-of-this-world lower body posing, the video ends with her getting in some more ab work.
This is an excellent video, Alessandra Settembre is a wonderful model and you can see when she poses
that she takes great pride in the amazing physique she's sculpted. Highly recommended!
