Posing between sets, Alessandra explains her exercises with her sultry Italian accent, in her native language, of course.
She then moves on to working her biceps. As she curls the weight, you can see the incredible pump she gets
in her magnificent peaks.
Alessandra hits a double bicep pose with a smile that could melt any man. She picks up a heavier set of weights
and proceeds to really work her guns before hitting some more poses and moving on to working her shoulders.
Alessandra has a wonderful set of strong, rounded delts that gives her that perfect capped look.
She then starts on some light back work, really showing off the superb definition in her
upper back as well as giving a nice view of her glorious glutes. She returns to her shoulder, bicep, and tricep exercises,
interspersed with more spectacular posing. Alessandra is a natural at flexing for the camera and she does
it while enchanting the viewer with her alluring eyes.
This is a great video with excellent camera work that focuses on Alessandra's well-built physique in the right
places at the right time. Definitely a good choice for those who prefer the lean, yet muscular look of the Figure division.
